Account Status
An account can have one of three statuses:
- pending
If you or any other holder of an account held jointly with you have not yet
supplied satisfactory identification details / documentation your account
will be set to pending. This account can be viewed online but no withdrawals
may be made on this account until all identification requirements have been
completed.
- active
The account is fully operational.
- closed
The account has been closed and has a zero balance. Your closed accounts can
still be viewed by clicking ‘Show Closed Accounts’ on the ‘My
Accounts’ screen.
