BACS Transfers

(Bankers Automated Clearing System)

If your payment is being made in Sterling and destined for a Sterling bank or building society account within the Isle of Man, UK or Channel Islands you can request a BACS transfer.

This service is free of charge and will take three working days to reach the beneficiary bank.

If your instruction is received before 3:00 pm the transfer will be made that day.  Instructions received after this time will be carried out on the next working day.

In order for us to process your BACS transfer as quickly as possible please always include the following information:

• Amount to be transferred
• Account name
• Sort Code
• Account number
• Bank/building society name

Please note, for Telebanking transactions, bank and third party details must be designated in advance.
