Changing your Telebanking password

If you want to change your Telebanking password simply pick up the phone and ring us quoting your existing password and confirming your new chosen password (your Telebanking password must be between 6 and 10 characters in length). Alternatively, you can complete a new Telebanking Authorisation form and send it to us by post.

We cannot accept changes to Telebanking passwords online. Nationwide International will never ask you to quote your Telebanking password in full via the internet.
