Messages - Compose Message

You can send messages securely to Nationwide International using 'Compose Message'. Please remember to complete your message and select 'Send This Message' before doing anything else otherwise you message will be lost.

If you need to send us a secure message you can do so when you are signed into the Internet Bank.

• Click on 'Messages'.
• Click on the 'Compose Message' option.
• Complete your 'Message Subject'.
• Type your message.
• To send this message select 'Send This Message'.

If you are writing a long message, we recommend you type this elsewhere and copy and paste it into our message box so your session doesn't time out while you are writing it.

We aim to reply to messages sent from the Internet Bank within 48 hours. However, some complex requests may take longer for us to investigate.
