Designated Destinations are the bank accounts and / or payees you have pre-designated when setting up the Telebanking Service on your account(s). When using the Internet Bank Service you can request transfers to be made to any of your designated destinations however, for security reasons there can be no deviation from your list of designated accounts / payees.

There is no limit to the number of bank accounts or payees you can designate and you can add or remove bank accounts / payees at any time. Additions to the list of designated destinations can be made by simply completing an additional Designated Accounts form and posting it to us.
