When you sign on to Internet Banking you will be asked to type
in your customer number. This is the number we posted to you when you registered
(you cannot choose this number).
Secondly, you are asked to enter your memorable data. This is the piece of memorable
data that you provided us with when you registered.
Finally you will be asked for three digits from your passnumber. This is the
number which was securely sealed in the letter we posted to you after you registered.
Using the mouse, select the requested digits using the drop down lists.
Forgotten Details
If you have forgotten your customer number please call us on +44 (0)1624
696000 between 8.00am - 5.00pm (UK time).
If you have forgotten your memorable data or passnumber you
will need to re-register. Use the 'Register for Service' link on the 'Sign On'
page to register again. We will post a new passnumber to you the same day as
we receive your request.
Once you are re-registered, please do not attempt to Sign On until you have received your new Sign On details, even if you recall your old details – to do so will invalidate the new Sign On details.
