Telebanking is Nationwide International’s free and convenient service which allows you to operate your account by telephone or fax and to authorise transfer requests. If you want to use the Internet Banking service to authorise transfer requests online then you must have the Telebanking service set up on your account(s).
Full details on setting up the Telebanking
service on your account(s) can be found on the main website. Alternatively
you can contact us and we will send you the relevant
information.
For security reasons, transfer requests can only be made to designated
destinations.
Completed Telebanking application forms should not be faxed as this facility
can only be set up on receipt of an original signed authority.
As soon as we have approved your application, the Telebanking service will be added to your account with confirmation sent to the address of the first named account holder.
