Telebanking Password
When you enrol for Telebanking you are asked to provide a
password on the Telebanking Authorisation form (your password must be between
6 & 10 characters). This password is used to authorise Telephone and Fax instructions.
Similarly within the Internet Banking service after you have keyed a transfer
request you will be asked for random digits of your Telebanking password to authorise
the request.
Changing your Telebanking password
If you want to change your Telebanking password simply pick up the phone
and ring us quoting your existing password. Alternatively, you can complete a
new Telebanking
Authorisation form and send it to us by post. We cannot accept changes to
your Telebanking password online. Nationwide International will never ask you
to quote your Telebanking password in full via the internet.
