New Customer to Nationwide International Ltd If you are a new customer to Nationwide International, proof of identity must accompany your completed application form. This can be done by forwarding one certified document from List A (to confirm your identity) together with one original or certified document from List B (to confirm your residential address). Please note your account cannot be made fully operational
unless you have answered all the questions on the application form and
you have provided satisfactory identification documents for all account
holders.
