Print and complete the Direct Deposit Instruction form

Please ensure the form has been signed by ALL account holders.
Note: only one Direct Deposit instruction can be setup per account.

Upon receipt of your instruction it will take six working days to set up the facility and a further three working days before your first deposit can be collected.
